We stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Email refunds@secureworldtravel.com with your order email address and a brief description. We process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Because our products are digital, under UK consumer law you would ordinarily lose your right to cancel once you have downloaded them. However, we waive this condition and honour our 30-day guarantee regardless. We simply ask that you delete any downloaded copies if a refund is granted.
Trade, partner or bulk orders are reviewed according to the written terms agreed for that arrangement. Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase if you experience any delivery issues.
