Secure World Travel Partner Terms
These terms explain how Secure World Travel partner applications, qualifying sales and commission are handled.
1. How qualifying sales are recorded
Approved partners receive a unique Secure World Travel referral link or partner code. Qualifying sales are recorded when a customer purchases the Secure World Travel book using that link or code. Sales may be checked against payment records, refund records and fraud-prevention checks before commission is confirmed.
2. Commission rates
Partners earn £7 for each qualifying book sale when they sell between 1 and 99 books in a calendar month. When 100 or more qualifying books are sold in that calendar month, the commission rate increases to £8.50 per qualifying book for that month.
3. Payments and minimum payment amount
Commission is calculated monthly after completed sales, cancellations and refunds have been confirmed. Payment dates, payment method and any minimum payment threshold will be confirmed to approved partners during onboarding.
4. Refunds, cancellations and unpaid orders
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or unpaid orders do not qualify for commission. If a commission has already been calculated on a sale that is later refunded or cancelled, Secure World Travel may deduct that amount from a future commission calculation.
5. Permitted promotional methods
Approved partners may promote the guide through their website, booking confirmations, customer emails, newsletters, social media, travel consultations and other approved channels. Partners must use approved wording and images where supplied.
6. Partnership refusal or termination
Secure World Travel may refuse an application, pause a partner code or end a partnership if a business or its promotional methods are unsuitable for the brand, breach these terms or risk misleading customers.
7. No false claims
Partners must not make false or exaggerated safety, insurance, legal, medical, security or earnings claims. The guide provides general travel security information only and does not guarantee personal safety or financial results.
